Mr. Dong has over 26 years of experience designing and managing transportation projects of all sizes and scopes, in an increasingly higher level of responsibility. He is well versed in project management, design, inspection, seismic and structural analysis in the rehabilitation and construction of major bridges and transit structures in complex urban areas. He has also provided services for numerous concept development and feasibility assessment studies, design exception reports, and corridor studies. Mr. Dong has successfully managed projects for various major transportation agencies, including NYCDOT, NYCDDC, NYSDOT, PANYNJ, NJDOT, and MTA Bridges and Tunnels, Long Island Rail Road, and Metro-North Railroad.

Mr. Dong holds a dual MS in Civil Engineering and Wood Science and Technology from Oregon State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Feng Chia University in Taiwan. He is a LEED Green Associate, Envision Sustainability Professional, and is a registered Professional Engineer in New York and Connecticut.
