Project Role and Scope of Work

IH provided construction management, claims, and constructability review services to the NJDOT for this 3 Year Term Agreement as a prime consultant.

This Agreement was used to fill the Department’s anticipated temporary augmentation needs in the Bureau of Construction Management for tasks related to Construction Management, Constructability, Claims Resolution for various projects.

Assignments required services at a project field office anywhere in the State. One task order was the Direct Connect Contract 3 Project as shown above. The Project had 75 claims which IH helped in resolving in addition to providing Construction Management and Constructability Services for this $200+ million dollar project.
