  • Senior Engineer - Seeking a qualified Senior Engineer with 10-20 years of experience involving the design roadways and bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and buildings. Responsibilities will primarily be preparing contract documents for construction and maintenance contracts, coordinating the functional scope of work requirements provided by the Project Manager with all appropriate Engineering Division disciplines and providing QA/QC reviews. Provide guidance and comments on the coordination and bid quality of contract drawings and specifications. Assist the team in developing the staging plans and hours of work, where required. Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, coordination with plans and the associated approval process. Must be able to work independently with limited guidance as well as in a group environment. Applicants should have experience with AASHTO, PANYNJ, NYSDOT and/or NJDOT Specifications and Plans.   • Senior Traffic Engineer - Seeking a qualified Senior Traffic Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic signal design, traffic studies, traffic signal warrant analysis, LOS, and traffic control/MPT design for government agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, etc., as well as counties, municipalities and private sector clients. Experience in developing contract plans and specifications as well as planning is a plus. Applicants must have a NJ PE license and a PTOE certification is desirable. Experience with traffic engineering software packages such as HCS and Synchro and applicable Codes (AASHTO and MUTCD) is required. Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera is preferred but not required. Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in attending public meetings and proposal preparation.   • Structural Engineer - Seeking a a qualified Structural Engineer with Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. This job requires experience involving the design of bridge superstructures, substructures, culverts, retaining walls and sign structures. Additional experience related to geotechnical aspects of bridge design that include foundation design on spread footings or piles is desirable. Applicants should have experience with AASHTO, Seismic, and NJDOT Specifications, MicroStation, AutoCAD, STAAD, SPA2000, Microsoft Word and Excel. The primary duties include: 1) Data Collection, data analysis, create structural models by using computer-aided design software or finite element software; 2) Perform structural analysis and design for bridges and buildings with the help of analytical model and hand calculations; 3) Perform structural analysis and design for bridges and buildings with the help of analytical model and hand calculations; 4) Perform structural analysis and design for bridges and buildings with the help of analytical model and hand calculations; 5) Conduct field inspection to bridges and performed retrofitting design; 6) Perform load rating for different types of bridges under the guidance of AASHTO, MBE, and other bridge load rating manuals; 7) Analyze the results of soil boring test to design shallow and deep foundations for different types of structures.   • Assistant Manager, Construction Services - Seeking a full or possibly a part time Manager with at least 15 years of experience in Construction Engineering Services for our Hackensack, NJ office. Responsibilities will include Project Management duties on Construction Inspection/Management projects, proposal preparation for various agencies in New Jersey and New York, employee supervision and management, and business development. An established Transportation related client base in NJ and/or NY is highly desirable. A PE License and Primavera Scheduling experience are a plus.   • Resident Engineer - Seeking a qualified Resident Engineer for projects on the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway with a New Jersey PE or a NICET IV and at least 12 years experience in the highway and bridge construction inspection field. The candidate MUST have at least 5 years experience as a Resident Engineer on highway and bridge projects with at least 2 of those years as a Resident Engineer on the New Jersey Turnpike or the Garden State Parkway.   • Resident Engineer - Seeking a qualified Resident Engineer for projects with the NYCDDC with a New York State PE license, a BSCE, and at least 8 years of experience in the highway, water, and sewer construction inspection field.   • Special Inspectors - Seeking experienced Special Inspectors certified by ICC, NACE, ACI, SSPC, AWS in the following areas:

        ○ Cleaning and Coating of Structural Steel
